PCCF is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization approved by the IRS to receive tax-deductible donations. Donations can be given to established funds or directly to the Phillips County Community Foundation, through Paypal. The Foundation Board encourages donors to visit with their attorney or accountant in order to assure what tool of giving works best for them.
